DIY RV Renovation: 5 Minute Pop-Up Camper Backsplash

Have you been following along as we’ve renovated our 1999 Palomino pop-up camper? The very last interior piece of our renovation was by far the easiest and smallest and possibly the cheapest. A backsplash! I found these brushed silver peel and stick tiles for only $15 and they’re quite large at 6”x3”, so we only needed one package.
During the renovation process, we prepped the spot, got it all nice and smooth and painted and then poof we forgot about it until we opened up the camper this year! So I quickly grabbed the tiles, measured to fit, cut using the directions on the package (a saw), and boom I was done and pleased as punch in just about 5 minutes.
It can’t get much easier than that! The best part is that it does the job of protecting the wood from water splashing and looks great while doing it.
