Please tell me I’m not the only one interested in what everyone else is eating while they’re camping! I feel like we’re on a constant rotation of the same old thing. Maybe you need a few ideas?
Lately, we’ve been utilizing our Blackstone and Instant Pot for most meals. With the summer heat, it’s nice to not heat up the camper with the stove or oven (except for spaghetti night).
Meal Plan 8/7-8/10
Friday:
Lunch - bbq chicken roll ups (Instant Pot) - depending on our schedule we eat at home before we leave or at the campground once we arrive
Dinner - smash burgers (Blackstone) and corn on the cob (Instant Pot)
Saturday:
Breakfast - French toast, bacon, and eggs (Blackstone)
Lunch - ham and cheese croissant sandwiches with carrots
Dinner - spaghetti with meatballs (Instant Pot) and garlic bread
Sunday:
Breakfast - cinnamon rolls and yogurt parfaits
Lunch - peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cheese curds, and apples (at the beach)
Dinner - macaroni and cheese (Instant Pot)
Monday:
Breakfast - cereal or yogurt parfaits and strawberries
Lunch - at home (lately, we’ve been timing a DoorDash or Mod Pizza delivery to meet us there, it’s perfect!)
Dinner - my tip is to always have a frozen dinner ready to go in the freezer, that way you have more time to spend on all that dang laundry.
